Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 7 CD Soundtrack Available for Pre-order

Square Enix will be releasing the second part of the Final Fantasy VII remake trilogy, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, for the PlayStation 5 on February 29th, 2024. The game will continue the re-imagining of the classic RPG up to the iconic Forgotten Capital scene. Rebirth is a continuation of Final Fantasy VII Remake, which was released for the PlayStation 4 on April 10th, 2020.

The soundtrack for Final Fantasy VII Remake was released May 27th, 2020, and was a 7-disc release featuring music by multiple composers, including Nubuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, and Mitsuto Suzuki. The Special Edit version of this initial release also included a bonus 8th disc with music from the in-game jukebox. An additional “Plus” 4-disc collection of cutscene background music was released December 23rd, 2020.

Square Enix has opened pre-orders for the soundtrack of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Similar to the soundtrack to Remake, this is 7 discs for the standard version, as well as Special Edit version which includes a bonus 8th disc with minigame music. The soundtracks are scheduled to ship April 2024.
